Today, Dementia Australia provided carers of people living with dementia, a virtual-reality workshop at the Inverell RSM Club that enabled them to see the world through the eyes of a person living with dementia.
These ‘goggles’ assist carers better understand what their person living with dementia is going through and, explore enablement strategies to support the person to live more confidently.
