Before using our services, everyone must be registered with us first.
If you are over 65 years (50 if Aboriginal), before registering with us you will need to register with My Aged Care and complete an eligibility assessment. You can do this by calling 1800 200 422, or registering online. Don’t forget to chat to My Aged Care about your transport and social needs during your assessment as this will help them complete your assessment. Please remember to let them know that you’d like to use our services
For those people under 65 years (50 ATSI) who are seeking assistance with transport, call us and talk to us about your situation. We can help you if you are transport disadvantaged.
Remember, accessing our government subsidised services requires you to meet the eligibility requirements our organisation must abide by. If you aren’t eligible for government subsidised transport we may still be able to help you with your transport needs on a cost recovery basis.
