It’s well accepted that by keeping physically active and engaged socially we are able to improve our quality of life.  The team at Inverell Community Support is keen to help you reach your goals and offers a range of activities to assist with your well-being both physically and mentally. 

Staying Active

Our gentle exercise sessions are held on Monday & Tuesday at the Homes for the Aged Hall in Macintyre St, Inverell.

Join others stretching and bending, to your limits of course! 

Train Your Brain

Would you like to be able to think faster, have sharper focus and a better memory?

Get your brain fit with our Train Your Brain program!

You would never expect your body to be in perfect shape if you didn’t exercise it, and the same goes for your brain!

This program aims to encourage people over 65 (50 if Aboriginal) to keep their minds active!  The program runs for a 10 week period and bookings are essential.
