We have two long term volunteers retiring. Leonie Loy and Colleen Makim.
Leonie Loy has been volunteering for Inverell Home Support for the past twenty years, she has been an honest, reliable hard working volunteer who has always made herself available in an emergency to fill in when needed on our Lunch buses. Leonie also provided many hours of support organising the Craft day that runs once a month, and filled the role of relief worker for the Social Activities Home Support Program. Her happy smiling face will be missed.
Colleen Makim has been volunteering for Inverell Home Support for the past twenty years, she has supported us by doing Lunch buses and helping with the Craft. She has always been willing to help out in an emergency when other volunteers have not been unable to come on the day, and been willing to work as often as needed. She will be missed by the clients and staff that have enjoyed her caring happy nature.
