Each year on the Last Wednesday in August, National Meals on Wheels Day celebrates the volunteers who deliver more than 200,000 meals to older Australians.
Here in Inverell, our dedicated team - now part of Inverell Community Support - brings not just nutritious food, but also friendship, care and connection to those who need it most.
